Exprodat Support Website

Before emailing Exprodat support with installation and/or licensing issues please see the section below about creating a System Support File.

Creating a System Support File
Contact Exprodat Support by email and we will reply as soon as we possibly can. To allow us to answer your query as quickly as possible please do the following:
| 1. | Open Team-GIS License Manager (‘Start > All Programs > Exprodat >Team-GIS License Manager’). |
| 2. | Select the Help menu item. |
| 3. | Click the green arrow to the right of 'Generate System Support File'. |

| 4. | Give a location and name for the output file, and click 'Save'. |
| 5. | Attach the output file to an email. |
| 6. | In the email please include a full description of the issue you are having, including |
| • | Which product you are experiencing difficulty with. |
| • | What you were doing at the time of the error or issue. |
| • | Include screen grabs to illustrate the issue. |
| • | Any error messages/codes you may be seeing (or provide screen grabs) |
| • | If you are troubleshooting a licensing issue you should also include a copy of your LSERVRC file |
| 7. | Don't forget to provide full contact details for us to contact you. |
