To remove a Team-GIS product follow the appropriate procedure below:

 

       Application

 

To uninstall your Team-GIS application from a client machine, please follow the steps below:

 

3.Open ‘Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs’ (Windows XP) or 'Control Panel > Programs and Features' (Windows Vista/Windows 7).
4.Select the Team-GIS product name and chose ‘Remove’.
5.If there are no more Team-GIS products on your system you can also remove Team-GIS License Manager.
6.Note that the client components of the Team-GIS License Manager will be removed automatically on removal of the Team-GIS product.

 

       License Server

 

To uninstall your Team-GIS products from the license server machine, please follow the steps below:

 

1.Open ‘Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs’ (Windows XP) or 'Control Panel > Programs and Features' (Windows Vista/Windows 7).
2.Select 'Team-GIS License Manager' and click ‘Remove’.
3.Select 'Team-GIS Network License Installer' and click 'Remove'.
4.If no other products using Sentinel licensing are installed on your license server then the 'Sentinel RMS License Manager 8.2.2' can also be uninstalled.

Note: The Sentinel license file ('C:\Program Files\Common Files\Exprodat\Team-GIS\Lic\lservrc') will not be deleted during the removal process although it is prudent to create a backup of the license file for your own records.
